Refund policy

Due to the confidential and copyright nature of the FamBridge document we do not offer refunds or returns. 

We do offer an exchange for the same product if there is a manufacturer's fault in your document or an additional product.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start an exchange you can contact us at info@fambridge.com.au. If your exchange is accepted you will need to package and return to us as per instruction supplied.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept any liability for damage in transit.
